Went here for dinner after a friend recommended it. We were told to sit anywhere so we sat down in the back roomwith the stage and pool tables. 15 mins later after no one came to chexk on us we decided to find a table in the main dining area. We chose the table closest to the kitchen thinking someime would surely notice us. Another 15-20 mins later still no service from any of the 80's clad waitresses. Finally a female employee in a tshirt (not one of the waitresses) came by and asked if we had been helped. She apologized for our wait and immediately took our drink and food order. We ordered chips& "salsa", the chip bin was empty when she tried to get chips and the salsa if thats what you want to call it was nothing more than tomato paste. We also ordered a 2 & 3 piece carfish dinner. The catfish was ok, not great, coleslaw was way too sweet, the 3 tiny pieces of tomato in making up tomato relish wasnt any good. Best thing on the plate was the fries. For almost $40 i expected alot more in the way of food quality and staff service. We won't be back.

Overall very good. Didn't care for the appetizer that we got chips and "salsa" tomato sauce. Good service friendly atmosphere though. I would go back.

Love the food and the atmospere. Home style / bar food. Old building takes you back to yesteryears. Wait staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food was quick and tasty. Second time here.

It was off season so the place had a very light crowd. Nice atmosphere... I bet it's a pretty cool place for live music. They were very accommodating for my wife's special dietary requests. Here's where they dropped the ball:

I was served cold fries with my meal. I asked for them to bring me fresh, hot fries in place of them. The waitress took my cold fries away and returned with hot fries... problem is they were the same fries that were just on my plate. They simply re-dropped old fries into hot grease and served them to me again. Not good service for a very reasonable request.

Waitress was great. Burger was perfect at a good price. Smoking allowed...bummer.
