We stayed at the Benefield House quite awhile back. Breakfast and snacks were great . Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Hostess was wonderful. Definitely the real deal. It's not one of those that just contains part of an original antebellum home but is mostly new construction. Probably one of the safest bets in Jefferson Texas right now if you are looking for the real thing in a B & B.
Great location, large grounds, large rooms with full bathroom and king size bed. Good breakfast on weekends, continental breakfast on weekdays
Wonderful stay, the home is beautiful with more than adequate room. Each room is comfortable,very peaceful and quiet. The innkeeper is most gracious,seeing to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and beautifully prepared. This Inn is within walking distance to downtown Jefferson.
What a beautiful house and hospitality. Donna will make you feel right at home, she is super accommodating and a great cook. The house is located walking distance from the main square, so great location and the bed is so comfy and the added relaxing music cds by the bed was great. Our stay was so delightful and hope to return again soon!
My wife and I have been coming here for years as a quiet getaway. We have stayed at many B&Bs in Jefferson. This is by far our favorite. Love the owners and the breakfast is always delicious.
